Charles Gómez, P.E., is a Counsel and Notary admitted to the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico in 2014, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico in 2016, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 2017. Additionally, Mr. Charles is admitted to practice in the New York Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
